Frameworks, where required, will be signed off & vetted by appropriate authorised bodies / institutions in order for relevant accreditation to be obtained and for frameworks to be appropriately recognised; for example MULTI THRIVE would employ or collaborate with the likes of the following recognised experts: linguist professors, education professors, cognitive psychologists, neuro-psychologists and EQ professors.
In order for MULTI THRIVE to provide innovative & world class programmes the following strategies are to be noted as imperative – All frameworks and programmes be;
- Translated, adapted and provided across all major South African languages to cater for our diverse and beautiful culture.
- Made available online with monitoring and evaluation directives for creating and identifying useful information for users and relevant stakeholders; and to provide beneficial research directions for frameworks to remain effective and innovative.
- Priced to be free for those that cannot afford and charged where appropriate for those that can, thus supporting a sustainable financial management strategy.
MULTI THRIVE PROGRAMMES
The following programmes are intended to be incorporated into MULTI THRIVE strategic chief goals.
|BABY NURTURING BOX (BNB)
CHILD NURTURING BOX (CNB)

THE AUTHENTIC PROGRAM (TAP)
BABY NURTURING BOX (BNB)
This programme is aimed at all: baby clinics, hospitals, orphanages (and all other relevant baby centres), and ECD schools.
Establishing relationships with all relevant stakeholders throughout the country and via a registry system provide a BNB to each new born baby under the guardianship of their parent/s or carer.
Each BNB would contain some basic and practical baby items (such as clothing and essential consumables) but more importantly would contain a basic educational guide to: “my new born baby’s brain; and how to nurture it effectively.”
Each baby receiving their BNB is just the tip of the ice berg and the start of a life long journey and responsibility. The most important aspect of this programme is to on-board the baby’s parents / carers onto a MULTI-THRIVE sponsorship programme so they can obtain access to ongoing educational support and training material. Ongoing monitoring and support is a fundamentally important element of the BNB programme if we are to have a lasting impact on its outcomes and to ensure that the programme serves our core VISION.
A STRATEGIC IMPERATIVE OF THIS GOAL IS TO TEACH THE RECIPIENTS HOW TO ORGANISE AND USE THE KNOWLEDGE AFTER THEY AQUIRE IT.
CHILD NURTURING BOX (CNB)
The CNB programme would be similar to the BNB programme but creatively adapted for slightly older children that outside of the “baby” age group environment; and where we cannot typically reach the “child” age group through the BNB programme.
The short term objectives for the BNB & CNB programmes would be to empower and educate parents / guardians on “basic brain education fundamentals” and introduce the concept of whole brain education as an imperative lifelong goal for the family to adopt so that their baby/child reaches their full brain potential at each developmental milestone during their lives.
The Long term objectives would be to creative a lasting relationships with parents/guardians with the goal of establishing a monitoring and evaluation process; and offering age appropriate frameworks & programmes with support and developmental environments.
WHOLE BRAIN TEACHING (WBT)
This multilingual set of frameworks and programmes will be developed with the objective of making them available to all types of schools environments (including ECD schools); various educational institutions; and home environments for child learning and brain development.
These programmes will comprise of teaching, training and effecting studying methods; and implementation options with product /teacher aid support materials.
Whole brain teaching implies that teaching methods are designed with brain education fundamentals as a foundation. The outcome of these teaching strategies: maximise student engagement in lessons, increase positive interactions with classmates, and include educational fun.
Training outcomes also include significant positive changes in: learning efficiency, motivation, self-esteem, peer relationships, anxiety, self-regulation, stress management, and levels of positive behaviour in the school and community environments.
There are existing frameworks that are used around the world and we intend to collaborate with the best of these offerings to develop multilingual frameworks & programmes that will suit South Africa’s diverse culture and the specific needs & barriers that teachers are faced with in our education system today.
THE AUTHENTIC PROGRAM (TAP)
This programme will consist of multiple frameworks offered as individual programmes or as a full programme aimed at self-mastery in so far as guiding & establishing effective values, attitudes and beliefs for: personal, family, community and business environments.
The outcomes of the TAP program would be that: children, teenagers, adults, parents, families, communities, leaders and groups of people reach their full brain potential; understand their true value as a whole person; live for the benefit of others – not just for themselves; and live life as a journey toward fulfilment as a life goal regardless of gender, age, religion or culture.
This Framework and set of Programmes will constitute: training & exercises, best practices & examples; and sponsorship & protégé programmes.
The development of the TAP frameworks and programmes will include (but will not be limited to) the following:

GOAL for TAP within PBA M would be to enhance the LO / PSW school curriculum to include TAP fundamentals.
GOAL for TAP within PBA N would be to offer the programmes outside the school environment as effectively as possible.
