Approves organisation’s financial operating goals and chief objectives; annual targets and budgets which drive Multi-Thrive’s short and long-term strategy; Communicates key messages in all professional circles & audiences, including but not limited to: governments, community & business leaders, donors and media channels.

Mr Komani is a highly successful God-fearing entrepreneur. He has a Diploma in Human Resources management and a Diploma in Transport & Communications. He is a Commissioner of Oaths inducted through Spoornet Services and is a well-respected community leader in: Gauteng, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Free State and North West Provinces. He has been involved in Community Development in Limpopo and Mpumulanga more specifically in regard to the electrification of residential & rural areas for previously disadvantaged people.


Leads and directs the development and implementation of Multi-Thrive’s vision, overall Short and Long term strategic direction. Shapes the effectiveness of the organisation’s resources & operational strategies to fulfil the needs, values, goals and strategic plans of both internal and external stakeholders. Responsible for all components and departments of the organisation; directing policy implementation, fundraising, stakeholder management, corporate governance, financial oversight and long-term organisation performance & sustainability. Gives direction and leads Multi-Thrive’s initiatives to fulfil the company’s mission & vision.

Gerard is a successful small business owner. He has 16+ years’ experience of establishing and maintaining client relationships across a wide range of industry sectors. He has a broad background in business development and strategy creation & implementation. He combines excellent relationship management, business analysis, organisational and team leadership skills. He has sound business & financial acumen and has a proven track record of business leadership and managing change within them. His earlier career experience includes 10+ years in retail and investment banking roles of which some five years were working in London for a number of European Investment Banks.


Directs operations across all departments and is responsible for the provisioning of Multi-Thrive’s whole brain education framework and programmatic development and effective implementation of transformative training strategies, policies and programs benefiting National and Provincial Departments of Education, Educational Institutions and other relevant bodies.

Donovan has an extensive background in business management & development, senior technical consulting, technical consulting on high availability, IT best practice and software solutions and system integration and testing. He has held senior level positions at Hewlett-Packard as a SAP III basis consultant and at Datacentrix as service delivery manager. He has had exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations and has the ability to translate business and project needs into technology; and apply multiple technical solutions to specific technology business problems. He has a broad base technology skill set of total IT technology.
